The Actor and Voice Over Actor Shows Off Talent and Relaxation at Work

 

It is not only as a voice actor in the market that young artist Tomás Bueno, or Tom Bueno, as he is mostly known, shows the versatility which he reveals in the work made by Sincronia Filmes in association with De Pieri Comunicação, the institutional/advertising film The Human Clock – which both companies advertised in social media in order to form strategic partnerships with companies overall, both small and big, and with new businesses. Like many young artists of his generation who leaned towards the arts, Tomás is also a theater actor and musician, graduated in Social Communications and Advertising. But his courses still include Radio and TV Dubbing from OSCIP (Padre Landell de Moura) and Bachelor’s Degree in Music by UDESC. As an actor, he started his work as an extra in television commercials. In Porto Alegre, south of Brazil, in the adult phase, he dedicated himself to studying musical theater, bring a part of many productions in the state, as an actor, among them Korvatunturi, a theater play staged in the city of Gramado which became well known in Rio Grande do Sul, and which was performed during many years before the pandemic. In the Korva, as he refers to the spectacle, Tomás made more than 100 performances between 2017 and 2019, and considers the work a landmark in his career. And also his participation in the Gramado Light Christmas, in 2015, and as a solo singer in the play Eu Sou Maria – Nativitaten, the famous “lake spectacle.”    

“Tomás has a youthful and relaxed voice, which is also very saleable”, says Sonia De Pieri, founder of De Pieri Comunicação,”and is one of the voices companies mostly ask for at our studio. In the meeting with the folks of Sincronia, I emphasized that we needed exactly this kind of tone to make the film – which already has a good humorous tone in the images – even more interesting, since we are dealing with matters of time and “lost” time because of the pandemic (the coronavirus pandemic which ravaged the world in 2020) and how we can now take back normal activities by making time work for us, and that, for this to happen, companies and small businesses alike can count on the experience of these two production companies which have been in the market for so many years now”, highlights Sonia.  

Bueno, like the very segment which both Sincronia and De Pieri are aiming at (the film will be the first of a series of small productions towards social media in the sense of seeking creative partnerships with emerging businesses, innovative companies and endeavors that are looking for a better communication with their target audience; the second one, btw, is in the works), can also be considered a small entrepreneur – since he is one of the creators of Coletivo Barbotinas, a group of artists that seek research in the culture field by making projects aimed at the historical and artistic scenery of São José, in the state of Santa Catarina, with works realized at the Centro Coletivo de Ensaios at FMCT/SJ.

“As you can see”, ends Sonia,”when we said that Sincronia and De Pieri have philosophies in common, we weren’t joking or trying to waste our precious time.”
